Cancellation Policy

Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing them.

After this time, orders are automatically processed and we may not be able to make any changes or cancellations.

If your cancellation request is approved within the 12-hour window, your refund will be processed as soon as possible.


Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

To request a return, email us at support@erimor.com with your order number and reason for return.

All returns must be approved by our team before sending the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refund Process

Once your return is received:

  • Inspection may take up to 3 business days
  • Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to process

If you do not receive your refund after confirmation, please contact your bank or payment provider.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email support@erimor.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Note: Damage to outer packaging (e.g. dented boxes) without affecting the product is not considered a defect.

    • Lost shipments
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
    • Failed deliveries due to unavailability or lack of response

Customers must provide a valid phone number and remain available for delivery coordination if required.
